Mentor Program FAQs

We look for professionals with at least 2 years of experience in their field, relevant educational background, and a genuine passion for guiding others. Formal mentorship experience is appreciated but not required.

Matches are made based on career interests, personality compatibility, and availability. Our matching algorithm considers both your expertise and the mentee's learning objectives.

We understand professional obligations may change. You can request a temporary pause through your mentor dashboard, and we'll help transition your mentee to another mentor if needed.

You'll receive access to our mentor toolkit including session guides, progress tracking templates, and quarterly training webinars on effective mentoring techniques.
